Only company that I could find that would allow the car to be prepaid under Mr. Epstein's name and picked up by was Auto Europe. Sixt doesn't allow someone else's name, and EuropCar didn't have anything high end for those month rental. Auto Europe can do a Lexus IS 300H for $3975.31 total. Unlimited miles and they require all insurances, so it would includes VAT taxes, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, Collision Damage Waiver (with $2000 USD deductible), Theft Protection ( with same deductible,) They would charge a 500 PLN deposit upon pick up (about $165 USD) that would be refunded if car is returned full of fuel and in same condition. Also - just a note - if she doesn't have a Polish Drivers Licence, will be required to get an International Drivers License for Poland.
