Good afternoon Lesley. Dr. Moskowitz would like Mr. Epstein to have a nasal device for
sleep apnea called Provent. There is only one supplier in our area that has this
device and their number is
and they are called American CPAP
specialists. I have already faxed the prescription and then they can ship the Provent
to anywhere in the country if you supply a credit card.
