Then run crown molding around the ceiling and wainscoting to match dining room. It is an over looked money room because everyone that comes to your house will see it. Make the walls above the wainscoting that wavy wall that I like Porcelain tile. Walk on the wild side. Or do the wall behind the sink that wavy wall. It is only tile thick. Call the tile chick.
