Hi Julia...you need to call 800 456-9713 re an order you placed (I think with
Neiman Marcus?) Order #78827819...whatever CC you used, you used the wrong
address for it..they will not process your order until you call them with the
proper address associated with the CC...
I did not speak to anyone, they left me a vm...
