I have a problem. We cannot ship the GIFX kits to New York. Long story short, half of our profiles cannot be shipped in new York from any lab. It's a New York state issue. I use to be able to ship under the old system with Metametrix if doctor's office address was outside of NY, but it automatically blocks out any kits that cannot be shipped NY.
