The stain & stain wipe are shipped together & the topcoat & catalyst are in separate carton. Be sure the individual is familiar with all. The Manufacturer applies the process in a controlled environment and certified staff. I am waiting to hear back from the Manufacturer for the costs and shipping, I'll know after the Holiday weekend. Hi Chris...might you be able to email UltraCraft and ask them exactly what kind of wood they used (maple I believe) and what exact stain they used (Wenge, but who makes it and did they condition the wood prior to staining? If so, with what did they condition it with?)
