I know you said you were trying to provide me quotes and would use a bit bigger numbers but know we can go less(like I know the special accent tile for $50 sq ft I can do for less by choosing something different). But for instance, the 12x24 marble for the master bath, would we get a discount off the $25 per sq ft or is that the price? Also, I am definitely thinking not to do a boarder now in master bath and instead a design in the middle of room. I know I will have bath mats and don't want to cover up my pretty tile details!
