Do you expect additional outlays for excavation and if so how much? 2. Concrete Slabs: On your budget this items is labeled Deck or Patio. Little work has been done on decks or patio. Is the Concrete Slab category the same as Decks & Patio? 3. Framing, Sheathing, Partitions ($227,000: Labor & Materials): Does this line item include exterior trim or installation of the windows/ doors? Or are they listed in other line items? Please explain in detail. There is a significant amount of framing that has been completed yet your request of $49,195 (labor & materials) seems very low.
