It appears that there were only two authorized users listed on the original
enrollment forms and the system has been prohibiting anyone else from receiving
alerts or viewing information for your tail number.
If Larry or Eileen request a change to the account, I can process an update today
that will allow for the new users to receive alerts. It also appears that Eileen
does not have an alert set for the tail number, which is why she has not received
any notifications.
