I don't talk to her anymore and she doesn't even work at the station anymore..1 remember she quit to go raise her baby... 1 know mom said they are still looking for something good to rent and so far no luck, but it is their wish to go when TX is at its hottest. She said we could visit them there, but then we don't see Dad and Nancy and everyone else. Ike is always concerned to tell you the truth, BUT, things are really not great now...since Nick left it has affected the bottom line..lke says "yes, Nick was a pain in the ass but he was a million dollar a year producerttake out the fixed costs and paying Nick and at least they had $400,000.00 to the bottom line in profit...that is gone. ...and just the business in general is hard...he has accounts (hedge fiends) shutting down and some just not coming in and doing much business... it is 'quiet' in the room and they need to get new clients..but it is hard We can play the 30th by ear...like I said, it's possible we may have plans anyway (trying to get 3 couples together for a dinner out and it takes a while for everyone to chime in on what date they can do) ...and ok on checking on 13 if that won't work I could check on 14...actually wait, Ike is out this Thursday 7th...would that work for you maybe? Ash, I doubt I can bring up a fundraiser to Jeffrey...he gets hit on so much... i can't do it too... i would rather ask him for a raise quite frankly! I wish I could...we all took a pay cut so long ago and he has not said anything about bringing us back up to where we were...no bonuses either...it's been since 2008... I'm prepping myself for the spring sports. . . it's going to mean more timely exits from the office (and no / very limited flexibility to get to go out for a drink. . .) Oh well. I want the kids involved in sports -- and it's not about me. . . although, some me time is important! Braden is signed up for BPR baseball (bedford pound ridge) — it is an 'anyone can play' league. But he wants to try out for the FLMS team. . . evidently it is hard to get on that team. so I encouraged him this am to be thinking about track and field as an alternate in CASE he doesn't make it (FLMS = free; BPR = pay. . . but I've already paid) EFTA_R1_00805441 EFTA02146849 Cass will do lax again plus her theater and I think she is going to be able to take extra classes on Mondays (which will be great, as she takes as many classes as she can for the same monthly charge. . . This foundation is what Eric Diamond is very involved in -- his daughter, Abby, is afflicted. Eric is Pete's customer and it would be awesome for him to be able to contribute some 'worthy' items for the auction at Erics upcoming fundraiser in NYC (fundraiser is May 1st, but they are collecting items now for the auction). Obviously, any contribution would GREATLY help pete with the biz he gets out of Eric also. . . .
