We will do everything to make it completely water proof. I was up to my waist in water in my sisters addition and it is bone dry. All roof water will be pumped into the dry well system. There will be an interior and exterior footing drain that will drain into that drywell system and into the exterior pump which will pump it into the street. Superior walls uses an engineering firm in Bridgeport which we will use to certify the soil compaction and make any further recommendations regarding water. I am putting a floor drain with a backflow valve in the elevator pit. John wanted another pit. We are thinking about this a lot. We should be up and going again next week.
