Elena and Linda, We have essentially finalized our architectural plans. We also had a discussion with our builder over the weekend to give him further details some additional items we wanted included such as an outdoor kitchen for the patio and an elevator. We also enhanced some of the quality for the interior. Should we submit this updated budget to both of you. I understand what our total approved loan is but I do not really know how funds are released. Perhaps and I can schedule a call with someone who can take us through the process.
