I know that neither one of us will be able to approve any changes but will have to bring Heidi the President who you met and she will have to make the exception and depending on the change to the contract we may have to bring it to committee for approval. I think the best way to start is Tuesday's meeting and we will take it from there to see who will need to sign off on the changes. Would you like to have your attorney email me with the changes you are looking to make on the contract so I can get started prior to the meeting it may be helpful to save time. Really I want to make sure that we can work through a few changes on the contract and if you are the important person to enable the changes then better to meet with first. Essentially, I just want to get this done the most efficient way possible. Based on the fact that I run my firm, being out of the office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 pm is difficult for me to have midday meetings. So post 4:30 or 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. are the best. also works most days in NYC therefore midday meeting are not practical for her either. Although I am not sure how critical her attendance is until we get to the point of signing all the contracts. I am not sure how happy my attorney would be with me if I force her into a 7:00 a.m. meeting so perhaps a post 4pm meeting is best.
