OUr renters will be out Sept 15 and I have the ball rolling on the demolition permit and construction permit...in the midst of loan talks with the bank as well. Needless to say, a lot going on. Plus, I just booked us a quick trip to Dallas to see the family Aug. 23-27...school starts on 28! Where did summer go???!! man...hate that!
