Thur 8/2/2012 7:33:11 PM Hey Bob...just got off the phone with Chubb Insurance to let them know our insurance is going to change due to we are demolishing one of the homes on our policy and rebuilding...I was told they would like from you: a copy of your certificate of insurance for workers comp and liability...and to list us as additional insurers on your policy during project period. Chubb will also come out a couple of times during the project to check on stuff...she said you will need to put up that fencing and lighting...stuff I'm sure you already know about!
