He knows the demolition ropes up there. I will get a quote from my excavator down here and one from up there. We have more leverage when he quotes the whole job. He can't do that until the site plan is done. He will probably give me a quote next week. If you finalized the plans with John, I can get sealed copies and then apply for the building permit.
