Party will start at 7:00 and Chef Luis will bring over dinner at 7:30. He will send one server to set up and get the food prepared and help out for 2-2.5 hours. The server will clean up and make sure the Ainsworth's are not left with a huge mess at the end of the evening. We will be having: Beef and Chicken Fajitas with all the fixings Chicken Quesadilla's Pasta with Vodka Sauce and Bacon Salad If you have never been to Chef Luis restaurant you are in for a treat! This is one of Jules and Paul's favorite restaurants and they were so thrilled when Luis said he would be happy to cater the affair. I am still awaiting our pricing, but will have in the very near future and will pass along. We were also hoping we could all pitch in to bring beer, wine (Jules and Paul have cleared out their liquor cabinet so they wouldn't have to move it...aha , right ;) , appetizer, dessert. I know Candace and Wendy would like to bring a dessert (and trust me, we all want them to!) Let me know if you would like to bring something specific.
