: Lynn and Lesley Groff ; Richard Kah From: francis derby Sent Wed 7/25/2012 9:23:44 PM Subject A Few Food Notes JE is on a diet right now here are some of the things to keep in mind for the next few weeks Low carbs- He is rarely having a muffin in the morning and barely any bread during the day. He is back to "i can't believe its not butter" spray for his muffins...i think we should have good butter ready in morning just in case he goes back to real butter. Lots of yogurt and granola- There is a new yogurt we can only get here in NY I'm sending 4 containers of it to PB for him. We will continue to send health bread and muffins where ever he goes. No juice No fruit No cookies As for beverages we've been trying some ice teas this week and I will keep you all posted on that. JE would prefer not to have any soda in the fridgc except , coke zero, diet coke and frcsca. I still have cold sodas on hand in a separate fridge in case some one else would like one. Snacks- Lots of protein!!! I've been doing scared tuna or tuna salad, grilled chicken with some dipping sauces( hoisin, sweet and sour, horseradish..), shrimp salad and shrimp cocktail, etc... Coffee- I we are back to fiji only in his coffee as per lynn this morning. That's where we're at this week. When there are any changes I'll keep you posted.
