I love water parks. I hired a surveyor who should start this week doing the topos. Once the topos are done the engineer can start with the grading and drainage plan. As I mentioned to you before you left, I met with the building department regarding the knock down permit. It is way more involved then I have ever encountered. I got copies of all the neighbors that need to be contacted. There is also a committee that needs to be written to. I think a lawyer may be helpful to make sure everything is covered. Also adds need to be put in the local paper. Utilities need to be turned off. Asbestos certification. Oil tank certification. Etc. It may be better if I assist in this process because there are too many legal type of letters and politics that may be involved. The process is almost like getting a variance.
