When Lenore comes to 301 next, can we have her do a quick sweep of 11B kitchen
and empty trash. We also need 10B cleaned. It will be ready to inhabit on Wed.
It's still missing a desk and dining chairs, but is livable. Needs cleaning and
bed made, etc
