Re: Russian Visa
Below form Inna...do you want me to send her everything she is requesting?:
could you please email me copies of new passport, old passport and a valid Russian visa?
Usually the Russia authorities do not transfer visas but rather require to apply for a new visa but we
can inquire as they made a few exceptions in the past. It will also depend which consulate has issued
the 2018 visa.
Thank you,

Below is from Inna in the Russian Visa specialist department at G3 Miami office.
You will also need a Letter of Invitation (G3 can provide one if you cannot):
Good afternoon,
We will need to file the court paperwork (copies) and statement letter detailing the case
(dated with current address and tel / email) signed by traveler along with regular
paperwork; the consulate may request additional information after submission.
The decision whether to issue a visa will be at the Consul 'a General discretion -
the decision is always made on the individual basis.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.
Thank you,
