NY 10010 www.twenyc.com Your building has re-enrolled into Time Warner Cable's bulk rate, discount program. Under this three-year Agreement approved by the building's Board of Manager's, Time Warner Cable will provide Basic, Standard, DTv and Showtime service on the first television set for every participating cable subscriber in the building at a fixed, monthly rate of S61.50* per unit, a 33% discount off of the current retail price. Bulk rate subscribers will also be entitled to receive initial, monthly rates of S33.00* each for Time Warner Cable's RoadRunner, High-Speed, On- line Service and Digital phone service. The new bulk rate goes into effect March 1, 2012. •Rates do not Include any applicable taxes and fees and are subject to .5% annual increases. Time Warner Cable's regular billing policy is such that we bill all our customers for one month's service in advance. Consequently, you may receive and paid your March, 2012 Bask, Standard, DTv and Showtime service bill prior to March 1, 2012, the effective bulk rate date. In that case, you will automatically receive the appropriate account adjustments and credits where required on your next bill. If you are not currently a cable customer, you may request to receive the bulk rate services under this bulk agreement free of installation charges. Please note that if you are not currently a DTv subscriber you MUST make arrangements with our 24 hour Customer Service Center (212 358-0900) to upgrade your service and install a digital converter in order to receive any bulk rate discounts.
