I was bl=wn away and I have seen some amazing properties in my life. This unquestion=bly is one of the most incredible. The gardens are also extraordinary= I have never seen such a high standard of workmanship and detailing. As th= architect explained to us, this standard of work can never be repeated as m=ny of the older craftsmen have since died and no one today has their skills= I would change some of the fabrics, improve the lighting but leave the res= untouched. It has 4 suites in the main hour= and a further 4 suites in the guest house, which is only partly completed a=aiting the directions of the new purchaser. So you will never have ro=m to invite a football team to stay, even if you could invite 300 for dinne= and lose them! However, it's a home which could i=press any Head of State. The price at 45m Euros seemed high until I saw it w=th my own eyes. The photos do nothing for it. It's not remotely flash, far r=moved from the flashy palaces of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. This is a home f=t for the Duke of Devonshire or a Rothschild. Very sophisticated taste. We have two options, should you decide to visit. We ca= go with the registered agent Marc Leon of Christies/Kensington Properties o= if you prefer we can do so privately with my Turkish friend. Let me know your thoughts. Can't wait t= see you!
