As part of this deal PremiAir will be filing an invoice for commission and outstanding engineering debts to be paid directly from escrow at closing by the seller which has been agreed. The invoice will be for $186,300 US Dollars, the balance of the amount will be returned to the seller. Of course we will send you authorisation from the seller to confirm this.
