We sent Leon a draft cover letter about a month or so ago. He may prefer to speak to Ralph personally so we =ave held off on sending the letter. Eileen has reminded Leon about t=e issue a couple of times already. Heather has already asked Diana Wierbiki to return t=e foundation checkbook but Diana W. indicated that Ralph had it in his pos=ession. The cover letter attaching the resignation asks Ralph to ret=rn the checkbook. We are waiting for instructions from Leon to move forward. In the meantime, Rich suggested calling the bank to =ancel Ralph's signatory authority but until Ralph resigns, I donR=7;t think Rich has any legal basis to ask that and doubt the bank would do=it. I also think this would cause the bank to call Ralph, and Leon may want to do that first.
