Nevertheless I am NOT looking for show off place - I am looking for place t= crash and sleep. Bigger studio or 1 bedroom in a non-doorman building wi=l be fine for me. At the same time SADLY, I still have constrains in budget. With places in =eattle and Boston and Sam having no income - I was thinking of spending 2,=0005/month for a place in NYC - which unfortunately will not get me much. =20 Therefore, I was thinking if you have any creative idea - any rent controll=d apartment or sublease on any place or something similar? This is not urgent (I was thinking of August - September) - but if you hear=of anything/or have any suggestion.
