Rolls Royce Tech support informs that high power settings, the fan blades actually torque with High RPM,. its important to have DFL at base of Fan blades, since they are loose fit blades,. this is why you hear chatter when Fans windmill on the ground,. once DFL has cured, we will run engines on Thursday to check Fan balance,. HP bleed valve operation, and IGV "Inlet Guide Vane" scheduling,.
