Morgan Stanley will call them and ask it they are prep=red to back us to the tune of whatever their number is, again assuming the=due dil proves out etc. Morgan Stanley will also need to satisfy themselve= that each investor has the wherewithal to write their portion of the check should they elect to do so. So all I r=ally need is an email saying that assuming everyone is satisfied with the =esults of the due dil and the structure, they would be prepared to invest =x. Totally non-binding.
