When Philippe will have achieved his architectural d=awings I will need to precise the villa's surrounding, but this wil= be part of another sketch design work. After be=ng through all sketches and ideas review informations and requirements with=you, I'll get on to hard lined studies which included many topics s=ch as, 3D rendering, retaining wall and grading studies, soil depth, draina=e, planting, pool, water feature, materials etc... My honorary fees are between 1505/Hour to 2005/Hour depending=how precise the scale is, how complexe the project is and what horticulturi=t, architecture, or either biologie knowledges it envoles. As soon as I get a more precise survey, I shall be able to tell yo= how much time the sketches phase should take me and get back to you with a=SKETCH DESIGN FEE PROPOSAL.
