Cc: Lesley Groff; Eduardo A Robles Hi Jeffrey, Since we visited the island (January -21-17) About one month and 20 days ago I've been diligently searching for the =est location for your house. I have played the helicopter video you sent me =umerous times now. And I keep studying Google Earth from all angles =s well as checking the contours. I finally believe the attached site (in white =ubble and to relative scale) offers the best possibilities for your house. But, before reacting to it please let me explain =hy 1. First it is the best and most dominant =ocation of the entire Island; it also has South West and North West protected sides. Besides =hat you also have beautiful views towards the East (that will be protected with =arge stone walls (for instance the theatre doesn't need windows or =unker with Views) and the South East with Little St James views. 2. The relative natural plateau is around 200 =eters by 60 meters in the corners and 90 meters wide in the center (in comparison =ith the others it is the most generous one for development) Therefore from our Architectural point of view, =t is good enough to establish a very generous house on the island and we bubble =ested already on paper for the dimensions. Please notice that we have not had the =pportunity to visit this location (due to them building the roads at the time of our visit) =ut some plans show a road going to this plateau. Jeffrey, please begin to gear up for a =resentation at your convenience. I am hoping we can make it soon as I will illustrate the numerous =dvantages, and ways to block effectively the East winds; while being able to enjoy =he tremendous views (without being ever notice so as to keep your privacy). I will =ven explain how to avoided St Thomas in the foreground (towards the West) =xcept from the kitchen windows (though you can enjoy the shimmering lights at =ight). I will do that and illustrate the brief further with much more added =etail. I'm very excited that this location is so =ery versatile and it's coming together quite well. It was while working with Sol in SA, that he =howed us to never settle for good, but only for the Great! Well you have definitely raised =he design bar and we have taken that challenge on. Now we are in a position =o hand you a truly great design! I'm very confident that after this =resentation, it will spark something unique that will be the pride of the island for years to =ome and off course for your enjoyment at Greater St James.
