I can, however, advocate for Noam and =rge Max to be more liberal with regard to distributions. I can =Iso let Max know that in my view he is not required to confer with =arry when making his distribution decisions. Not only is he not =equired to confer with Harry, doing so gives Harry a voice that the =rust prohibits him from having. Perhaps I should give Max a call =o explore why he believes he needs to get Harry on board with the =ecisions, and that might help the situation. I can also write him = letter with regard to my interpretation of the trust terms. All =e is required to do is to consider the interests of the remainder =eneficiaries, not obey them.
