Bathroom - I have spoken to Andrew and Penn regarding the closet underneath the sink that
does not like. They say
that Penn custom made the closet and they can do one in white that will accommodate all the pipes underneath the
sink. I only want to change the closet part as the top is caesar stone and the sink is good. The cost will be $450.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fairly new. The tiles on the floor are not nice but I don't think we can change them without
touching the cabinets
