This work would be for modem gloss-lacquered Kitchen Cabinetry with high end materials, finish, etc. and will be sealed inside with an eye toward resistance to humidity in a tropical environment. As discussed glass insets were used in the doors above the Buffetand also in the Pantry. We would be happy to substitute decorative metal grille material in lieu of glass. All pricing will be F.O.B. Oklahoma City (our plant location). We will assist or coordinate the stone tops, but have not included stone countertops in our pricing. All appliances will be by the client. Any cabinet lighting suggested in our drawings would be provided by us. Electrical supply outlets and electricians hook-up would need to be by client if you choose to keep the lights in. We have also excluded freight and installation at this time. If you need us to help pull together any other pricing/estimates, please let us know.
