To: 'eevacation mail.comueevacation©gmail.comi: (Jeffrey Epstein)[©) From: Sent ur 1 : :26 PM Subject FW: Mike Hardman FYI. Is there anything else I should do? SRA Forwarded Message: From: To: (Trent Steele) Subject: Mike Hardman Date: Thu, I I Feb 2010 20:05:25 +0000 Trent, The public records on Clerk's site shows that Mike "sold" the old Rodberg property to SGBK for just over what he owed Stonegate Bank on it. I checked SGBK and it has the same corporate address as Stonegate, hence the name "SGBK." Apparently, the bank bought the property for what he owed on it. I think now is a good time to call Mark C. and say you noticed Stonegate took back the property from Mike, so he is free to do whatever deal was offered by National City/PNC for the deed in lieu of foreclosure. See what you can pump out of Mike's lawyer or if you can push them to get me out from under this loan. Also, I have no login or password information for the bank accounts. I have never even seen a statement. Tell them I want the necessary information to access the bank accounts online, since they assert the information is available. I also want to know what Mike did with the checking account statements. Is he seriously going to allege he threw them away during the course of business? Steve EFTA_R1_0 1499908 EFTA02430078
