All points are not set in concrete, but we are close. Darby Overseas from DC may be willing to provide the rcmaing 15% of the cash needed, but we need to run the entire scenario past a good deal guy with before we make contact with them again. We can ask for recommendations from a couple guys in NY, but can you recommend anyone who may be interested to take a look? If you have any ideas, please let me know asap.
