I have asked Howard to get this letter to you by close of business today, lets see if they produce it. I told Howard
on Friday to read your letter carefully and honor your requested late delivery penalties,
I will keep you posted.
Sikroksy is having a sales promotion introducing the "as model, ( I was invited to attend) in West Palm Beach
Wed and Thursday this week, Howard and George will be in town tomorrow I believe. It is being held at PGA
National Golf course, then a tour of plant on Thursday.
thx
Larry

Jeffrey and Darren,
I spoke to Howard regarding the price of the D model, he informed me that Keystone has presented a price
with our options close to 13 Million. This price is based on a carbon copy of our contract for our current C++
helicopter.
Howard knows this is unacceptable to us, he is in the process of reducing this price before it is offered to us
in writing. He told me the major dollar items are the additional training slots for pilot and mechanic, plus
custom arm rest, Eric Roth to complete the interior, extra year of warranty, audio switching in cabin
entertainment, plus 10 extra hours of charter in S76 with AAG and WiFi installation. He told me these items
alone total over 300k+ additional to their offer of 12,120,000.00 for the D model.
personally, I don't think Sikorksy can offer us a helicopter equipped the way our current C++ is being
delivered for same money at this date. Keystone is comfortable completing their standard VIP interior that
offers minimal VIP comforts they offer in their 3 option only VIP interior package brochure.
thanks,
Larry
