Regarding Landscape Lighting, I talked with Luis Castro who is the president and lead designer at Vernan Danials Lighting and asked that he schedule a visit with you at the property after dark as soon as possible. Luis said that he specified and installed 100 wt. lightbulbs and ballasts in the south palm grove garden, but the Palm Beach code inspectors said that 50 wt. was the largest allowable and the bulbs and ballasts were changed to comply. The bulbs should be changed to what was originally specified. Additional lighting circuits are positioned around the garden to allow additional landscape lighting to be added without trenching the garden. This includes the south arden, sculpture at end of pool, front entry courtyard.
