Situation: big mess, no focus, naive business wise, no infrastructure, swamped with requests and short term unmanageable assignments Mothers Army: - good concept if all her activities are consolidated into MA - needs clear focus and build up to generate scale potential to leverage her network for MA growth but also other JEDS deals Requirements - Small, efficient office with CEO covering all the IP management of F. and MA - Potential CEO identified, to manage F. and report to me - Solid legal DD to avoid legal battle over IP at later stage - Funding depends on scale and final business case, but I want to keep it reasonable to be able to test the model first Structure: We start JEDS which funds and holds equity in MA.
