I am fairly certain that you are correct. My guess is that his securities licenses were under
investigation by the investment firm that he merged with after his father's death found him doing
something improper. Either that or he never had the licenses; his father did and his sister did. At
any rate, we will learn a lot soon. He said he is getting money from the Dominican land deal by
this coming Friday. We'll see.
