As it turns out Central Business Jets is in fact marketing the aircraft with the engine program as an "option". At a price the seller would enroll the aircraft in the program. This is what I have been told other brokers were told. Of course Tony Theis told both of the aircraft was enrolled in a power by hour program which was likely a mistake on his part.
