From: Gia Leese Sent: Tuesday, September 27, 2016 2:19 PM To: [email protected] Subject: PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL My boy, I have now formed a management company called First Step Freedom LLC that works in conjunction with and manages the services of a network called the Int=rnational Police and Fire Chaplains Association or IPFCA (www.ipfca.org ). =They have approximately 500 counsellors throughout the United States whom are chaplains, most of whom are ex law enforcement officers and/ or gang membr rs who have reformed their lives. The Association wishes to become commercialised as the crime rate through an=er related crimes in Michigan is absolutely enormous. The county jails are=at bursting point and it costs an average of 28,000 dollars per year to kee= an inmate incarcerated. The judges throughout Michigan and other states want to send first time offe=ders to counselling sessions and not to prison. The punishment being that=the individuals would have to pay for this counselling and failure to do so=results in a prison term. Whilst of course there are many individuals who c=nnot pay there are a huge number of people who have committed crimes such a= domestic abuse, vandalism, etc., who DO have the money to pay. The average sentence is 20 hours of counselling over a 20 week period. Each=person being charged $60 per hour with an average group session containing 2= people. Therefore each session generates a revenue of $1200 for one hour .= The counsellor is paid $ 50 per hour and We already have five locations whrch have been offered to us for free by five separate Churches in their meet=ng rooms. In the state of Michigan there is a population of nearly ten million people a=d in 2014 there were 91,000 incidents of domestic violence and 27,519 assau=t cases. I have been to see many court judges whom embrace what the IPFCA does. Why ? 1) it is Christian based. ( in philosophy , however is presented as non deno=inational ) 2) the counsellors have real on the ground experience. 3) the courses are defined for each group. 4) we have decided to give a very small piece of revenue to each specific ar=a toward a charity of the communities choice. Eg) in Detroit there is a des=erate problem with child neglect and therefore we are partnering with the C=ildren's Center where I have done some volunteer work. For example, in the small city of Monroe there are horrific problems with he=oin addiction. Monroe's Chief Judge, whom PI know personally, sentences 5=0 people per year to anger management courses and he has another four EFTA_R1_01548262 EFTA02449573 judge= beneath him who sentence the same number of people each. This particular=judge is extremely supportive of us as he is NOT happy with the quality of c=unselling that is being provided. The "market" is exponential, recession proof and there are already 500 couns=llors who wish to be paid but in the past have given their services volunta=ily. Fortunately through endless networking I have got to know many judge= personally and know people who have access to them and the response has be=n much larger than I ever imagined. It is also a cash generative business=from Day One. To give you further clarity, 200 new court mandated clients per month will g=nerate a gross cash flow of over USD $2.8 Million per year. There is no need for bank borrowing and the costs thus far include legal wor=, brochures, business cards, website, software and moderate entertaining of=ludges . (lunch meetings, etc) To this end I would like to release 9% of the management company for invest=rs. We have given the management company a current valuation of USD $1Million ba=ed on the capacity of the existing counselling network, no overheads for of=ice space and the demand indicated by judges whom would like to try our pro=ram. Thus, the 9% on offer can be broken down in to small shareholdings worth a t=tal of USD $90 K . I am looking for people who would like to invest, and m=st importantly help through their contacts enhance the company as I want to=go national with this. Finally, areas in Michigan where we have already got traction with Judges ar= Towys, Saganaw, Livonia and Monroe. We also have significant interest f=om the Senior Circuit judge in Wilson, North Carolina. The recent scenes in Charlotte, North Carolina with the vandalism, etc, only=further illustrates what an insatiable market this is and what a NEED there=is for it and one of our associates is presenting the program there this we=k. Given the debate last night and especially Clinton railing on about an a=ternative to incarceration ,our timing is v good. If you have any ideas ple=se let me know . At the very least ,I thought you would be interested as to=how this is all going. Best wishes as always Julian Sent from my iPad=?xml version=.0" encoding=TF-8"?> <IDOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//01-0 PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd"> <plist version=.0"> <dict> <key>conversation-idgkey> <integer>67919</integer> <key>date-last-viewed</key> <integer>0</integer> <key>date-received</key> <integer>1474985919</integer> <key>flags</key> <integer>8590195713</integer> <key>gmail-label-ids</key> <array> 2 EFTA_R1_01548263 EFTA02449574 <integer>6</integer> <integer>2</integer> </array> <key>remote-id</key> <string>648013</string> </dict> </plist> 3 EFTA_R1_01548264 EFTA02449575
