Dear Jeffrey,
My heart is fine, but=early last week it became clear that I had lost half of my blood. I =pent four days in the
hospital getting transfused and prodded, poked in ev=ry orifice, to search for bleeding. It is likely that I was
menstruating from my gut and with a change in anticoagulant this week it a=pears that the bleeding has stopped. I am a
bit tired, a little anem=c, but on the mend.
I will try and call t=is weekend to learn how Jeffrey is doing.
Best,
Richard
