FYI: In addition, I continued to investigate the repair policy with Chris from FutureTech (our Dragonwave =ender). =e stated that =he warranty on the Dragonwave radios do not cover lightening =trikes. But the =rotocol for repairs is: * Securely pack the dragonwave and =ddress the package directly to Dragonwave: o DRAGONWAVE =NC. 600-411 LEGGET DRIVE OTTAWA, ONTARIO CANADA, K2K =O once the radio is received and =iagnosed by Dragonwave they will provide a repair cost (if it is not cover under =he warranty). At that point it takes up to 30 days for the radio to =e repaired and sent back.
