She said the following: • Faith / Joel introduced =ichard to Milie as someone who would like to do an audit on their =ehalf. • Richard came with the =ummary financials prepared by GGC (which we had sent to him late last =ear). • Milie walked him through =ow the business operates and how the financials are generated, and he =sked questions about certain topics such as payroll and model =ayables. * Milie also provided him =he raw financial files that she sends us every month.
