Max stated that he had received a call from Mr. Kahn inquiring about=Max's ability to make funds available for tax payments...AO Max therefore called Matt to see if we had any information about the=amounts of tax payments that were due. Matt informed Max that he did not have any information about tax pay=ents, and that we did not have enough information that would be necessary =o calculate the tax payments that would be due on 4/17. In short, we did not provide any financial =r tax information to Max Kohlenberg. Please note that it is a routine procedure for=various members of the advisory team be able to communicate with each othe= to collaborate for the best interests of each client. Toward that objective, you signed our standard authorization form al=owing us to communicate directly with your other advisers that is valid un=il April, 15, 2019. This would include advisors like Bainco, RIW, Max and more recently =ou authorized us to talk with Mr. Kahn. Before we continue with any further work for y=ur 2017 tax returns, would you please sign and return our engagement lette= that was included in the package that was sent to you in January.
