Besides, I stared to work hard in gym again. Cut off=carbs from diet (I feel like new person. It was hard, but had good support= started with Krav Maga. Doing research about US schools focused on f=od nutritions. I plan to improve my academic english (signing for som= classes) when it gets slower at work.
