Kathleen informs, the Engine computer fault protection will save the engine a=d Auto Shut Down to prevent any exceedances, she also said I should'=e let the engine shut itself down to protect, as opposed to cutting the fue= when I noticed the right exceedances message appear, I've been trained to monitor the start„ if I see and abnormal rise i=TGT HP speed or High Fuel flow, we are taught to shut the engine down„ The aircraft had a 17 at tailwind during engine start due to the position on=the ramp, Kathleen said that shouldn't affect the start, but could c=use higher TGT during initial spool up,,, which I agree with, but I didn =80 t like the fact that "right engine exceedances" messag= appeared,,, I'll continue to monitor starts while Rolls Royce evaluates the data= Also,,, Dave is scheduled for vacation on Thurs the 19th ,„ I'd like to fly with Chip on our Palm Bch departure, Monday or Tuesd=y., I'll bring Chip to Palm Bch sunday,.
