Since I hire my team o= contracts that run parallel to academic year (they are all partly employe= by Harvard), the first thing I need to do is get them through to Ju=e 2017 with funding for the second half of the next academic year and proj=cts for them to work on. That will mean replenishing funds at Harvard and =eginning a second season of N. For the 18 month period beginning Jan 1 2016 and running thro=gh June 1018, I'd like to raise 2 million--which would allow me to hir= more people complete more projects, expand my hardware 1.75-2 million is a pretty good=estimate of those costs.
