He agrees with all the points except (b).</=:p> "(b) Spousal financial support will be ava=lable in a fair and equitable amount for a reasonable duratio= as a flexible tool to effectuate an equal estate division and to allow both parties to maintain the marital lifes=yle for a reasonable period." He demands that the language gets changed as that he=gets 5% of all of my income/distributions for his life. The only exception=would be in the case I stop working.
