My boss took the test flight with hi= staff , and all were shocked by the rattles. cabin door . pounding.=. latches not adjusted. . garbage cans left un anchored. . switch pl=te in bathroom hanging off.. . . Your people were all profess=onal and made a point to say they would get it right , but needed MU=H more time and Manpower. I look forward to =cheduling time to fix the various items. I know you have been =elpful and really appreciate all you have done.. I know the factory=can do a much better job than it appears that they did in this case. =C2 Thnx again.
